How do I track my order?
You can track your order by going to "My Orders" from your profile menu. Click on the order you want
to track, and you'll see real-time updates on its delivery status.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for most products. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Simply go to your order details and click "Return Item" to initiate the process.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery is available for 1-2 day
shipping. Delivery times may vary based on your location and product availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallet payments, and cash on delivery. All
transactions are secure and encrypted.
How do I change my delivery address?
Go to Account Settings > Addresses to add, edit, or delete delivery addresses. You can also select a
different address during checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it's shipped. Go to "My Orders", select the order, and click
"Cancel Order". Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
